WHAT HAPPENS AT HA-MON?
Every year in spring Hamon creates a snow bowl from the snow that falls off the roof slopeside of Hamon. Check Hamon's instagram for information on bowl and music events this spring!

Hamon is able to host a wide varaiety of events from Yoga retreats to Tattoo events.
Please inquire if you are interested in hosting your event to the bag drop of the Hida Alps.
Hamon is filled with a wide range of Japanese and art from around the world. Our shop has a small range of souvenirs and merchandise to take a piece of your experience back home with you. Some of the art is also able to be pruchased so please inquire

We when say Hamon is a one-stop-shop we mean it and we aim to immerse you in the local area and culture all while enjoying the beautiful mountains of Hakuba’s Northern Alps.
With that in mind we’re not just a skiing destination and we hope you glean insight into the workings of this beautiful mountain town we call home. From delicious local fare to insightful cultural activities we’ve got all the bases covered to ensure your stay here at Hamon is as memorable as it can be.
When you arrive into Hakuba we’ll be there to greet you with a smile.
When your ready to leave we’ll arrange to have you dropped at the
departure destination of your choice.
If you need to go further afield we can help with that too: just let us know!
Enjoy our slope-side bar/restaurant where you can enjoy drinks some casual snacks as well as full local styled meals after a day on the slopes in a warm and cosy room decorated with local Japanese modern art and good music.
There are also numerous other restaurants within walking distance from Hamon.
Hamon is ski in ski out at Tsugaike, but we also have a shuttle service if you would like to try some of the other resorts in the valley! Shuttles need to be booked the night before! Please inquire for more details!
Explore the incredible Hakuba terrain with one of the local professional guiding services. Whether you’re new to backcountry skiing or an experienced pro, there are guided tours to suit your needs. Please inquire early to make sure you can book your preferred dates!
Our concierge can help arrange the ski and snowboard rentals as well as any other equipment that you might need. Hakuba also has world class ski schools to cater for all ability’s and levels. Please enquire when booking and we can send you comprehensive information.
